This International Congress brings together Deaf people, pastoral leaders, professionals, and members of the Church

To reflect in a responsible and meaningful way on the issue of abuse within the Catholic Church, placing the experience of the Deaf community at the center.  Over four days, the program includes keynote conferences, round table discussions, spaces for dialogue, prayer, and liturgical celebrations. The Congress seeks to promote attentive listening, interdisciplinary analysis, and the development of pastoral responses that foster healing, justice, and hope.  This international gathering provides a safe space for dialogue, shared learning, and a renewed commitment to building a Church that is more aware, responsible, and attentive to those who have suffered abuse.
