In 2020, the world came to a pause. The global pandemic changed how we gather, learn, and support our communities. Although we were unable to hold an in-person Encuentro that year, the spirit of DCYIA continued through a series of webinars that kept Deaf youth, leaders, and collaborators connected. Even from a distance, we continued learning, sharing faith, and strengthening a community that reaches beyond borders.
